What is the right time to work with EINHUNDERT?
For new buildings, you should contact us during the planning phase. For existing buildings, you are welcome to contact us as soon as the climate strategy for your property portfolio provides for CO2 savings through photovoltaics. You are also welcome to contact us if you are considering how to minimise CO2 emissions from your existing building.
Interaction of tenant electricity and heat transition: How are synergies created?
We implement multi tenant self consumption not only for tenants but for all consumers in the building and supply general electricity, charging stations and heat pumps.
How much time does EINHUNDERT need to implement a multi tenant self consumption project?
After commissioning, we need at least 4 months. For individual projects, we coordinate with you and respond to your planning with regard to your renovation strategy, for example.
