Ideally, we discuss all requirements already in the planning phase. At the latest 4 months before the tenants move in, you should decide on a joint implementation, otherwise there may be delays in the delivery of the electricity meters.

It is basically important that there must be enough space in the meter room and that the right metering concept is commissioned. A CT (current transformer) meter cabinet must also be taken into account during planning.
Multi tenant self consumption (in multi-apartment buildings) means that the electricity from PV systems is consumed directly on site. It is therefore decentralized, renewable energy.

Yes, despite the fact that you do not directly own the PV system, you will be credited with the CO2 savings according to the law.
We only examine systems from 4 residential units and over 10 kWp. The economic efficiency is best when we analyse several projects from the beginning. This is because we can create synergy effects and achieve better prices for PV systems.
Our contracts are transferred to the new owner with all rights and obligations upon sale. When the entire building is sold, the contract is easily transferred; when individual flats are sold, a paragraph must be added to the declaration of partition – this is done between you and the new owner. Then the contract can be transferred.

Yes. We are legally obliged to take care of the integration into the lightning protection system with its components. The inspection and possible adjustments of the lightning protection system are the responsibility of the lightning protection builder or planner.

This depends on your project. In any case, additional space is needed for the generation meter and summation meter.
