Multi tenant self consumption services

Six services combine software and processes for service offering, building technology and energy management. The services form the basis of our tenant electricity solutions COMFORT and ACTIVE.

Photovoltaics

We support you in the suitability assessment of your portfolio and in the realization of your PV multi tenant self consumption systems. After an initial satellite-based assessment, our qualified inspection partners record your building portfolios directly on site using standardized checklists. On this basis, we expertly forecast your implementation costs. If required, we can also organize structural analysis. If you wish, we can also provide support with PV project planning and involve prequalified installation partners.

Smart metering

With our smart metering service, we are laying the foundation for the digital management of multi tenant self consumption systems. Together with strong partners, we offer fully integrated, remotely meter-reading technology with connection to our EINHUNDERT cloud. All tasks of metering point operation included.

Our EINHUNDERT cloud is the only energy data solution for multi tenant self consumption that is fully aligned with smart metering. From energy data management and billing to user portals with real-time data.

Energy market

We take over the energy management of multi tenant self consumption systems for you, including communication with network operators, switching processes and precise balancing. You benefit from our energy management expertise and standardized communication processes.

We take care of your end users via our customer service center. We manage even large customer bases in a quality-assured and reliable manner in our CRM system. You and your tenants benefit from our professional service.

Heat & E-Mobility

EINHUNDERT gives you the opportunity to link submetering and e-mobility with our multi tenant self consumption platform – intelligently and user-friendly. We cooperate with market leaders such as Minol, GP Joule and Kugu. Via the admin portal and the tenant portal, you as the manager and your electricity customers can access the energy values, invoices and value-added services of all connected energy services.
